This new oil painting is made with telluric elements and was inspired in Porto Santo Island. She is from the Nocturne collection.
Currently, I’m working on a commission, and I can’t wait to share more about it with you soon.

The tree of the lake
In 2016 this tree inspired me to paint this Landscape, because of her resilience and beauty.
I remember the happiness of being finalist in the 12th International Art Renewal Center Salon with this painting.
She lives in an ancient forest in Fanal, were centenary trees live like a family, cooperating with each other.
This tree maybe have more than 200 years.
They are so magical.They feel like us, breathe like us and want to survive, like us.
Recently I received the sad news that with the strong winds influenced by the Hurricane Leslie, she fell.
My hope is that by its roots she reborn again in one or many trees.

A árvore do lago
Em 2016 esta árvore inspirou-me a pintar esta paisagem, pela sua resiliência e beleza.
Lembro-me da felicidade em ser finalista do 12º Salão internacional Art Renewal Center, com esta pintura.
Ela vive numa floresta ancestral, no Fanal, onde árvores centenárias vivem como uma família, cooperando entre si.
Esta árvore provavelmente deve ter mais de 200 anos.
São tão mágicas. Elas sentem, como nós, respiram como nós e querem sobreviver como nós.
Recentemente soube que infelizmente os ventos fortes influenciados pelo furacão Leslie fizeram-na cair.
A minha esperança é que pelas suas raízes ela renasça de novo, numa ou muitas mais árvores.
